The young people who want to lend their talents to Operation: Thank You include our Webmaster.  Fourteen year old Ben McCrary, son of Mr. and Mrs. McCray of Springboro.  Ben learned from his mother, who was one of the OTY volunteers, about what we were doing.  He asked if she thought we would be interested to have him volunteer to build a website for us.  He admitted he would be learning as he went.  This was a fine idea.  Not only would he be learning a new talent but OTY always encourages young people to get involved and give their time to something worthwhile.  We would get our website online as well.  This was a win-win situation for everyone.  Ben has been very responsible about being our Web Master and has worked hard keeping it up as he has learned new ways of putting it together.  He accepts directions well but does not hesitate to say no when suggestions are made that he knows there is a better way to put that idea across.  Keep up the good work, Ben.  You are a great asset to OTY.  The time you volunteer to the website is greatly appreciated!
